U.S. Shipping
•    Complimentary Insured Standard Shipping is provided on all U.S. orders.
•    Signature Required on all deliveries to ensure secure receipt.
•    Express Shipping is available at an additional cost if you need your order sooner.

International Shipping
•    Worldwide Delivery: We offer complimentary insured shipping internationally.
•    Signature Required: All international deliveries require a signature.
•    Express Options: Need it faster? Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
•    Customs Fees: MiracleWigs™ is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These vary by country and are outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
•    Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
•    To begin a return, email us at contact@miraclewigs.com.
•    Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the hairpiece has not been altered and is returned in new, unused, perfect, and sellable condition.

To qualify for a refund, the following must be true:
•    Lace is uncut (front or any part of the piece).
•    No coloring, toning, dyeing, or chemical treatment.
•    No heat styling or product application (oils, sprays, perfumes, etc.).
•    No odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, pets, etc.).
•    No visible wear, damage, or tampering.
•    All original tags must be attached.
•    Item must be returned in its original packaging.

Any evidence of use or alteration will classify the item as Final Sale.

MiracleWigs™ is the sole and final arbiter of whether a returned item meets these conditions.

Return Shipping Requirements
•    All returns must be shipped using an insured shipping label.
•    Clients must contact us to receive an insured return label.
•    Return shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the refund.
•    Shipping a wig without insurance may result in no refund if the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged.
•    Return labels must be requested by the 7th day after delivery (based on carrier tracking).

Refunds

Restocking Fee Policy
•    As a courtesy, MiracleWigs™ waives the restocking fee one time per customer.
•    After the one-time courtesy return, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from future refunds to cover transaction fees, shipping, and handling.

Refund Issuance
•    After inspection, if the piece is deemed unaltered and compliant with our policy, a refund will be issued.
•    Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
•    All return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
•    MiracleWigs™ assumes liability for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages only when the return label is issued directly through us.
•    Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Exchanges
•    Exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of receipt.
•    All criteria that apply to returns also apply to exchanges.
•    All exchange shipments must be insured, and the buyer's responsible for all shipping fees.
