Why Proper Wig Measurements Matters

Detail wigs measurement

To achieve a flawless, secure fit, follow the three key measurements below. Use a soft measuring tape and ensure your hair is flat for accuracy. We recommend taking each measurement twice.

1. Circumference

Wrap the tape around your hairline—starting at the front of your forehead, behind your ears, around the nape of your neck, and back to the starting point.

2. Front to Back

Place the tape at your front hairline, run it over the top of your head, and end at the nape of your neck.

3. Ear to Ear (Over the Crown)

Start from the top edge of one ear, across the crown of your head, and down to the top edge of the other ear.

Pro Fit Tips

Wig caps naturally stretch with wear, so a snug fit is ideal.
If you’re between sizes, size down for the most secure fit.
Over time, your wig will mold to your head and will look most natural.
